CHOOSING THE RIGHT UNIVERSITY IS YOUR NEXT BIG DECISION, AND THE REASONS TO CHOOSE FAU ARE AS DIVERSE AS OUR 30,000 STUDENTS.
3 Steps to Become an Owl
Apply now at apply.fau.edu to complete our combined application for undergraduate admissions and merit-based scholarships. Pay the application fee of $30. We also accept application fee waivers from College Board.
2. Create your SSAR
Create your Self-reported Student Academic Record (SSAR) at: ssar.selfreportedtranscript.com and link it to your application.
3. Self Report your Test Scores
Self-Reported – Submit your self-reported SAT/ACT scores via the application status page. Official – Send all official SAT/ACT scores through your account on www.collegeboard.org or www.act.org. Make sure to send all your scores because we do super score. (SAT code: 5229 | ACT code: 0729)
*Please Note: An application to the university is considered complete upon the receipt and processing of the online application, Self-reported Student Academic Record, SAT/ACT scores, and the application fee, in order to receive an admissions decision.
Students transferring from select state colleges are guaranteed priority admission to FAU through the LINK Program. Students in the LINK Program also receive special benefits from FAU, including academic advising and an Owl card that provides access to FAU resources.
